About Me
Hi, I’m Anya, the founder of Wellness Academy.
I create intentional spaces for women to reconnect with themselves, with one another, and with nature. My work is rooted in the belief that true wellbeing comes from presence, connection, and living in alignment, rather than striving for perfection.
I know firsthand what it feels like to feel disconnected from your body, overwhelmed by life, and unsure of what truly supports your wellbeing. Over the years, navigating stress, big life transitions, and balancing my own health with personal and professional demands taught me how transformative it can be to combine science-based practices with mindful, embodied living.
I’m an ICF-certified Wellness Coach and a new Yoga Teacher with a background in psychology and nutrition. My approach weaves together holistic health, lifestyle practices, and emotional awareness, while honoring the unique rhythms, needs, and inner wisdom of each woman.
Through my work, I support women in cultivating self-trust, meaningful connection, and a grounded sense of wellbeing, so they can move through life feeling more present, nourished, and aligned.
